“I’ve been using the method that Dian has been teaching and guiding me with- going deeper with the different parts of myself. During a long walk , I was able to reflect upon our most recent session and realise that a critical part of me demands things to be better than they are in the present, and is often dissatisfied. Confronting this realisation helped me to channel the irritation and annoyance I had around this area out of the body and release the stress. That has lifted a lot of weight off my shoulders! These changes in myself also inspire more positive change in other parts of my life like my career. This is something new and exciting to look forward to.”
